The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program recently announced they would begin accepting applications from all citizens to build homes in the City of New Philadelphia. As a result, city leaders have teamed up with the USDA and the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) to find locations to construct new houses.
We are working with local investors, developers, and government officials to strategize ways to build more residential homes in Tuscarawas County. Whether you are just a concerned resident or you are an investor, developer, or construction worker, we would like gather data around housing issues to present to our housing committee.
