Alongside our recently promoted Warehouse Foreman, Rob Lax, I have been hunkered down at our distribution center documenting, learning, operating, forklift driving, loading, hiring, and now training every single working day. We’re finding ways to be more thorough, identifying ways to be more efficient, and Rob, I must say has also gone above and beyond the call of duty. He really fits the theme here.

May in Ohio reminds me of everything becoming green. Yes, I missed green grass, trees, shrubs, etc., during my days in Colorado. Gravel Gertie (bike name) and I rode 32 miles Saturday--love country roads. Another definition of green that applies to workforce green around gills, green candidates, or green and credulous.

Ohio approves $2 million fund for loans to small businesses in 32 counties
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced Tuesday that Ohio is providing a $2 million fund to a community development financial institution to give long-term, low-interest loans to small businesses in the 32-Appalachian Counties of eastern and southern Ohio.
JobsOhio is giving the $2 million growth fund to Appalachian Growth Capital (AGC).
