Ohio approves $2 million fund for loans to small businesses in 32 counties

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced Tuesday that Ohio is providing a $2 million fund to a community development financial institution to give long-term, low-interest loans to small businesses in the 32-Appalachian Counties of eastern and southern Ohio.

JobsOhio is giving the $2 million growth fund to Appalachian Growth Capital (AGC).

Ohio Issues "Stay at Home" Order; New Restrictions Placed on Day Cares for Children

COLUMBUS, Ohio)— Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jon Husted, and Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton, M.D. MPH, today announced that Ohio will be under a "Stay at Home" order.The order will go into effect beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. and will remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020, unless the order is rescinded or modified.
